Ailuranthropy was mentioned several times. It means shape shifting to cat form. Other than Yokai's cat form, the only cat Liam was familiar with was Smilodon Fatalis, the saber-toothed cat in chapter 1.

Damn I was hoping for a wererabbit that looked like Bugs Bunny, not a saber-toothed Bobcat. But I suppose Liri gonna love this form, I can hear her howls all the way here. Actually going in to a cat form I would have thought he would go for a Lion, Leopard, Tiger Cheetah, or other large earth cat.
Uh last panel, has she been taking speech lessons from Yoda?

Smilodon Fatalis was actually much bigger than any modern day cat. He was the bad ass of all the cat family.
