"Eyes in the sky" is the satellite that he launched into orbit at the beginning of the story.
Frames 3, 4, & 5 are screen-caps from the "Offworld" video game in production.

I've known a lot of hippies in my life but I've never met any that were that hot.

Your design skillz are TIGHT. I am continually amazed at your color game. I mean damn, I wish I was this good.

Thanks. I pretty pumped about the game. I'm almost done with the main environment then I can plop down a navmesh and start adding animals and NPCs.

What StLOrca said. It's looking great!
BTW: What game engine are you using? Unity, perhaps? (You may have mentioned before. But I could have easily forgotten.)

Thanks. It's Unreal Engine 4. Unreal has a blueprint system that easier for me to understand than scripting in C++.

Wow, just Wow...
When she said bring lots of paint, I was thinking painting a a new car or truck... After this, you have opened a door for me. If that is the goal of an artist you have just achieved it. You have elevated my thinking... I am not sure for how long, but I will enjoy it while it lasts.
Thank You.

By car or truck I meant all one color simply to hide to blemishes.

Well, Signos may have done some nasty things in the past, but I can't really fault his apparent intentions here for the Kurra. It must be a huge oasis though if it's going to support any size population, even for a relatively short amount of time. If it's possible to start some sort of animal husbandry with wild game and they start farming, it will still stretch resources thin in a relatively short time.
Then again, what do I know? I'm not any kind of expert on agriculture or animal husbandry.

The oasis is on the northwestern edge of the desert and is very close to a huge forest that you can see the edge of in frame 4. The oasis has huge canyon walls that act as a fortress so it's safer than living in that forest.
