Who said anything about 'tanning'? She said she skinned it, probably just let it dry in the sun for a few days, maybe even over, or near, the fire

You have to tan leather or it gets too hard to use. The animal's brain is the best tanning agent.

it'sa little known fact (mostly because not many get to kill one) that dragon skin tans itself due to the chemical reaction when it's blood reacts with the air.

The brain contains oil called lecithin that serves as a natural tanning agent. This is how Native Americans tan leather. Deer have just enough oil, or lecithin, in their brains to tan their own hide so I think one dragon brain would be enough for her project.

ok not saying ' impossible or possible " ... the reason is, she did it in less than 3 days, all of it.. my fastest tanning job was 4 days.. (just tanning.!) then a week to make the clothes.. 12 days from deer to wearable hat , belt , an boots... ( i still has the the boots..)

That's true for any mammal, but reptiles only take a few days. For snake skin I usually soak in glycerin and alcohol for 2 days then dry for 1 more day. I've never done a dragon and I'm sure Mitri knows some short cuts.

What she made was basically just strips of leather, nothing fancy like boots or a hat

Maybe yes. It's pretty easy to move the water level itself. It's just a matter of moving a few volumes. The problem is that the waves on the shore are controlled by a height map. I think that they correct themselves to the map when you move the water level but I have not tested it yet.

Wait a minute, aren't they on the coast? Is she drinking salt water? That's not a good idea unless there's something about her physiology I don't recall.

There's no salt water on this planet. It takes hundreds of millions of years of runoff from land to make salt water like we have in our oceans. The land mass here on Earth is 1/3rd of the planet's surface but on Celebus there's only one continent smaller than Australia that's only 2.5 million years old.
