Mina did hint at this when she said that Stollo wields information deadly as any Vang Gaer wields her sword, as well as a few other hints here and there.
You'll get to see the details of his secret cavalry location later on.

I added a new incentive page, Meko from Ghost Inferium.

(1) I am very impressed!
(2) Is this parallel in any way to any known historical incident in so-called "real" life?

(1) Thank you very much.
(2) No, but it is somewhat similar to Hannibal's victory at Lake Trasimene in 217 B.C.
Hannibal lured the Romans forward with a fake camp then attacked their flank with hidden troops that they passed by.

Sun Tsu's "The Art of War", that describes deception and disinformation in war, was more of an inspiration for this part rather than any actual events.

"Information, the first principle of warfare, must form the foundation of all your efforts. Know, of course, thine enemy. But in knowing him do not forget above all to know thyself. The commander who embraces this totality of battle shall win even with the inferior force."
